You do not need an account to read a public network record. Here is where the information goes.

Your Connection

Your source IP and request headers reach the infrastructure serving the site. The application uses the trusted connection address to show your IP and apply temporary request limits in memory. Responses are marked no-store. We do not request GPS location.

The IP You Submit

Only an explicit lookup sends a registration query. The submitted IP appears in a query URL to our server and is sent onward to the selected registry service. The application does not add your separate visitor IP as a client hint. When you look up your own address, that queried address is necessarily sent to the registry.

Temporary Storage

Successful registration summaries, queried IPs and fetch timestamps may remain in a bounded application-memory cache for up to ten minutes. IANA routing data is also cached. Request counters expire and are periodically cleared; the separate lookup counters are cleared after inactivity. Query URLs may appear in infrastructure diagnostics.

Reports and Connected Agents

Copy and download controls act when you request them. Reports include the queried address and returned public record information. A downloaded file may remain on your device after you close the page. If you use a connected browser agent, the requested summary is also returned to that agent under its own service policies. Review information before sharing it.

House Promotions

The Snap Sub and Penny banners are self-hosted image links. The application does not include AdSense, ad-network scripts, tracking pixels or advertising cookies. Clicking a banner opens an external site, which applies its own privacy practices. Any future third-party advertising or analytics requires a privacy and applicable consent review before launch.

Infrastructure and Contact

Cloudflare provides proxy, DNS and security services; OVHcloud hosts the application. Their operational processing may include connection information under their own policies. Application-level statements do not promise anonymous access or zero infrastructure logs. If you email support, the address and information you provide are used to respond.
